Under what conditions is a buyer eligible for a refund?

Given the unique nature of our gift service, we can only offer a partial refund if a single item arrives damaged, or we will provide a replacement if the customer receives the wrong items. We regret that we cannot accept refunds or returns for any other circumstances. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the extent of the damage.

How to request a refund?

Once the refund request is confirmed, customers can expect to receive the refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the customer's original payment method.

Delivery

A delivery fee of 20 AED will be charged if the total amount is less than 98 AED. However, we offer free delivery for orders totaling above 98 AED.
